Profile Cutting System

RollUp Systems has designed a unique cutting system (patent pending) that provides absolute precision for window and door parts, molding, eased edge, and flooring joints. The cutting system is made from the latest alloys and coating technologies and consists of solid, one piece knives incorporated into a dynamically balanced head designed to run on high RPM spindles. Each knife incorporates a cylindrical relief geometry generating the strongest, most heat resistant precision cutting method in the industry. All of this in a product that can be sharpened in-house as many as 300 times giving each knife the potential to remain in production for 15 to 30 years.
