SCM GROUP USA introduces the new Morbidelli UNIX CNC Work Center. The UNIX's independent clamps system (patent pending Morbidelli) literally eliminates set up time. In contrast with traditional systems, the UNIX does not have pods; thus, zero set up time. A single operator can mass produce one offs by simply sliding the panel onto the rollers. In addition, the UNIX's flexibility allows for stacking of two panels thus doubling production. And, it is equipped with multiple heads; hence faster cycle times.
